As the above title i am looking for a gallente pilot that fit the below requirements.

Arrow Solid tank skills
Arrow Solid elec, nav and other support skills
Arrow Can fly a proteus (bonus points to subs at V)
Arrow Solid gunnery skills for blasters up to large, please don't link if it hasnt trained the supports to V.
Arrow Hopefully some basic scan skills

ISK at the ready for a good toon

not 100% spec. Doent have high subsystem or gal strat cruiser (those are the quickest ones though amirite?)

DOES however have all lvl 5s for gunenry support skills, which are mega long trains. Has T2 rails for you

Pretty decent drone support skills (4s/5s) and T2 light and mediums. All specialisations injected. All relevant new skills injected and training begun, because thats a pain for buyers.

Navigation skills all 4s or 5s. JUmp drive ready if thats a future direction you're interested in. Very close to Moros btw. Also could spec nicely into a carrier due to drone skills and jump-drive readiness.

Meanwhile loads of basically free isk making sps. Got great research and trade skills, which is such easy low effort isk. Also got indy and mining if you ever do that.
