Looking for an established 0.0 corp

Every corp I've been in claiming to be established ended up leaving the alliance they where in, or not being active...

I'm a high sp pilot experienced with PVP and industry. Me and two of my rl friends are trying to make a move out to 0.0 and need options.

What you get is 3 USTZ pilots, 2 experienced in 0.0, the other will be quickly brought up to speed by us.

We are looking for a corp that is laid back, has decent SRP, and does not have CTA's (I love to fight, but don't want it to be a requirement)
