Thank you for your interest. Given that Helen is already at 8 million SP and is furiously training combat support skills with maxxed attributes, one neural remap now and another in December, she really is a bargain at 4 billion ISK.

That doesn't even take into account all the grinding that went into getting her Gallente standings high enough to get 0.35% broker fees and the +5 implants.
