Countering Dual Web Frigates.

Any good kiter will be out of your web+scram range before you even lock him, after that it doesn`t really matter what you do.

EDIT: if you want to beat them at their own game then use something with full rack of neuts(tristan, maulus, imicus etc).

The only problem with that is web/scram range is longer than small neut range. Wish there was rigs or implants to extend neut range.

As it has been said a million times in this thread, any weapon system that can hit out to scram range. Rockets can hit out this far by default with good missile skills. Autos can kind of hit out this far normally, but with barrage will hit out just fine. Same thing applies to lasers, except without t2 you can still use Standard or something.

Blasters are the only weapon system that is sort of SOL with this, but even then with neutrons and Null you stand a pretty good chance since dual-web fits are rarely tanky.
