I'm playing the game for about a year now and still can't find my place in the universe. I've tried pvp, pve and even mining and all of it is fun enough but I found that most fun in this game is related to social interactions with other players.
I'm playing something like couple of hours a day and most of the corps don'w want me for that reason. I found myself in need of motivation or direction.
Can you guys give me advice what can I do to have more fun in the game considering my low daily online? I'm ~10m SP gal player with most of the SP directed at armor tanking and drones.

Have you tried suicide ganking yet?

Well, Eve is huge place. I've played it for several years and havent tried at last half of the possibilities. So cheer up :)

As collegue mentioned - PVP suicide ganging is one option but not for everyone - depends if you are builder or destroyer :) If like other ppl tears - its for you. Train up for Catalyst with short range guns, team up with 2-3 likeminded ppl and make other ppl day's miserable.

I would propose exploring but its solo activity - most of a time.
Maybe Incursions? Its kinda social-heavy thing.

If you are into social fun i recommend you to join large corp and alliance. PVP Alliance fleets are the way to go if you like to chat/voice chat with other ppl along with pvp combat.

I would love to join some big corp, but with random playing time corps that are interested in taking me in are the ones with 5-10 players which is the same as solo =\

What are you hoping for in a big corp? My logic here is that social interaction is one of your biggest - if not the biggest - motivations you have in the game. Nothing wrong that whatsoever, but the biggest corps in the game - and arguably the ones with the greatest interpersonal interaction - are the NPC corps.

Some players find NPC corps to be their ideal choice throughout their Eve lifetimes.

There's real reasons why your Eve character doesn't do /dance.

NPC corps are also where all the alts of alts of mains are hidden away to ht about how awesome they are.

I was in an npc corp for a week, and it was the worst week of my life.

I've starting blogging http://www.epvpc.blogspot.comĀ

I'm a little of both. I blow up peoples stuff so they can buy new stuff from me.

You shouldn't have too much issue finding a large corp. Check the recruitment ads in the corp thingy, and look for corps with alliances to join. Most corps don't really require that much online time. As long as you don't keep going offline for a week at a time, and you aren't a burden on the corp without giving back, I'd be surprised if you'd take that long to find a corp.
Whatever you do though, don't just make an assumption that nobody wants someone with your play times. If you speak to recruiters of corps and show you are interested in being part of a team structure and not some douche, the worst they can do is say no (or you know, say yes and rob all your stuff, but this is why you don't take all your stuff).
