Rigs/Modules for increasing drone capacity/bandwidth

I've seen it in very old threads but couldn't find it on this forum. I'd love to see fitting options for increasing the Drone bay capacity or the Drone Bandwidth of a ship.

For instance, various sizes of Rigs for increasing Drone capacity a small amount.

Such as
small - 5m^3
medium - 15m^3
large - 30m^3

obviously the exact amount subject to balance discussions and only fittable to ships that already have a drone bay. Penalties would need to be to added... such as cargo space reduction and/or speed penalty.

Similarly I'd like to see a Low slot module for increasing drone bandwidth. Similar amounts to the capacity rigs but having high CPU needs.

I'm sure there is a thread where it's been hashed out but I couldn't find it and will endure the flames for bringing it up... just call me noob.

You can have this when I can have rigs and modules that let me fit more turrets and have more slots.

OP's idea doesnt involve launching more than 5 drones at once, so your counterargument is moot.

True, but, for balancing purposes we'd need modules/rigs that increase the potential ammo/charge capacity of almost all modules that use them (weapons, cap boosters, etc.) too then. While I like the idea of additional drone space, I think that's... problematic.

this. If a bs can't throw out 5 sentries....its by design. CCP for example stated this is why marauders are losing some drones. Their emphasis is high slot damage dealing and the subtle hint of 4 slots acting as 8 is getting less subtle. CCP nice enough to give drones for a basic small crap defence, its the high slots that should be shooting big stuff.

if bandwidth/bay modules add bonus in %%, then any % of 0 is still 0. Also to enable certain ships to field more drones (for example 4 sentries instead of 3), you'll have to sacrifice 2 low slots and probably 1 rig slot for extra drone bay. Rather high price when you could achieve same or greater effect with 1 or 2 DDA.

The idea came to me (and probably others) while I was mining, wishing my venture could launch one more drone. Got me to wishing my incursus could also launch one more drone to make it more fun for me.

I think there must be a way to balance the option so that it's a valid choice but doesn't overdo it on a large scale.
