Hopefully with the Winter expansion we can see a few tweaks to some of the faction modules. While one of the key benefits is fitting (lower powergrid, CPU), there should be at least some distinguishable difference in stats between the T2 and Faction variant. Case in-point:

Tracking Enhancer II: 9.5-10-20 (8 tf, 1 MW) ~ $1million ISK
Domination Tracking Enhancer: 10-10-20 (8 tf, 1 MW) ~$135-million ISK
Republic Fleet Tracking Enhancer: 10-10-20 (8 tf, 1 MW) ~ $135-million ISK

This is an extreme example, but there are others - and in this case it's really hard to justify the extra $134 million and change for that extra 0.5% tracking speed bonus. I know tracking was nerfed, but I think the faction modules need some review and TLC.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Faction modules should also get falloff and optimal.

To add to this I believe there should be more variance between faction modules, too many have the same stats. This would increase the usage of certain modules and create new niche. A good example are the armor repairers, some go for low fitting, some more efficiency and others for rep amount. This would be really good if it was carrier over to more modules to give us more choice at a cost.

Agreed. For example, Amarr ships might prefer a tracking enhancer that has more optimal where Minmatar ships might prefer more falloff. I wouldn't mind seeing a few of the damage modules with higher damage and lower rates of fire (or vice-versa).

Good idea. Let's take a couple of percentage points off the stats of the lower-metalevel TEs, that should open up a nice gap for the faction ones. P

I was more thinking of adding a few to the faction versions, as the tracking nerf was a bit too hard on them.

I support this.

Also maybe add in the faction synchro booster.
The one that works like with implant sets and thus can do fun and interesting things to ships.
