The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer.

i want this char but i dont know how much longer to wait.

isk was sent from murdders, send the money back to her for the sake of legitimacy. i will give 1 day until i file a petition.

if i have not bought another char by the time you log in i may still be interested i like the name just dont know if your going to come back online.
