I have a question about Log In.

Sometimes when I log in I am asked to give another character names to ensure that I am the actual person trying to access the account.

Why does this happen if the internet that I use has the IP address and does not change?

Does this mean that a third party program operating a proxy server is connected to the same connection but the connection is running through the proxy in order to capture information such as the secondary login name meant to verify the account?

Yes

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.

Unless you have a static IP set up with your ISP, your IP randomly changes.

You can avoid entering a character name by cancelling the attempt and logging in again.

Tell me again about how every playstyle you dont engage in "doesn't require any effort" and everyone who does it needs to die in a fire. Be sure to mention about how you tried it once but it was too easy/boring/ethnic-homophobic slur.
