T1 Logi Frigate With Remote Capacitor Transfer Bonus

I actually mentioned it on the original forum when CCP remmoved the mining frigates to Logi ones

I think it would be an nice idea at least one frigate with Cap Transfer bonus: to chain with other logis, you can use them as a cap feeder for other Logi ships or even a Cruor (think it like Guardians feeding a Bhaalgorn, all of this with small rigs)

The Augoror has a 200% bonus to cap transfer amount on the hull, not like the Guard which has so many bonuses that I got freaking confused:

A frig with that 200% bonus would be kinda good and let us play even more with Logi on frigate fleets. Maybe +1 high slot and +1 target as well?

As much as I would like this, I'm pretty sure CCP omitted that feature on frig logi for a reason.

frigs barely have enough cap to run logi anyways
