Hey,

So I'm unable to download the latest client update. When I do, I get the standard progress bar which does not move at all. The downloadable patcher has the same problem and eventually gives up and points me to an error log. The eve repair tool also does nothing, instead it crashes and gives me another error. I'm playing through steam, if that's at all relevant. Anyone know any solutions? I've tried to petition this several times but I just get 'The server was unable to process your request'.

Could you eventually if the steps suggested in this thread help? They basically explain how to manually download the latest client update.

If you are not using a 64 bit Windows XP, then please check the following article on the EVElopedia to find the correct location for the file:
