Amazon.com and CCP Integration

I'd like to raise a concern regarding the integration of Amazon and EVEs Account/PLEX services.

Normally it's great... but when it's unable to deliver the PLEX it automatically refunds the money which then causes the linked account to be banned without notification.

I found out the hard way on Friday morning... ordered some before logging into EVE with my main account (LiBraga... not LiBrega).
A few hours later I'm disconnected and banned.

I've found various mentions of this through the forums after researching why I was banned.

I understand that a banning method has to be in place to protect against people gaining digital assets and then cancelling the payment but maybe the items for sale should be removed or changed to out-of-stock when the Account servers are offline for a period.

I assume you already filed a support ticket to get unbanned and bring the issue to the attention of customer service?

I have... but with it being the weekend I don't see it being resolved until Tuesday/Wednesday Cry

If it was one of my other accounts it would be fine... but I use my main to centrally store all my assets and isk between accounts.
All I can do is wait.
