Looking to join a WormHole Corp for PvP in US Timezone {21M SP}

Hi everyone,
I have been stalking a few corps on the in game recruitment for a little bit and have found some good candidates. Just wanted to put this out on the forums.

Here is what I am looking for:
Wormhole living (never lived in a wormhole)
Small gang PvP
US time zone
no f#%$s given attitude and fun, over 18/21 kinda fun though
I have a small interest in what FW is all about (not sure this will even work being in a WH)
A little freedom to do what I want, whether it is ganking.. ratting.. roaming.. whatever from time to time


What I bring to the table:
21m sp - good indy skills, but EFF that, now focusing strictly on pvp, recently into a Loki
Mic, willing to use it and maturity for the most part.
Can lead small gang fleets and roams in null/low - not very familiar with WH mechanics, maybe soon
Willingness to learn anything and everything
Willingness to take any fight and try all fits, even bad ones
Drunken shenanigans at times Twisted


What I do NOT want:
Null sec Sov grind, been there done that
Blob warfare celebrating a 22v2 kill
Alarm clocking at 3am- have a real life career, if I can be on of course I will fleet/defend
NRDS - no thanks, everyone is fair game except blue

Let me know if you have a corp that's at least a close fit, would like to look at all options. Thank you.

Training Med Projectile 5 ATM
Next up is bumping my scanning skills a little more as I have decided to move to w space

Will be taking my time this weekend talking to the corps that I have contacted/contacted me, thanks for the mails and in game chats so far. Keep them coming or post here.


....maybe I should post in my time zone and not before work...What?

from my conversations - wormhole and pvp seem to be a tough mix.. it seems that pvp is completely dependent on the static/wh currently available?
am i understanding this correctly? if so, tell me and tell me your corp actively seeks out pvp opps!?!?

have had some great convo's and chats with WH corps, grab me in game, please, look forward to talking to you guys.

We are The Gaping Maw; a low sec pirate corp living in the infamous Amamake system and part of Heretic Initiative alliance.
We are looking for mature and experienced pvp pilots who want to be a part of something special. Our recruitment is selective and we only take a few people in at a time to ensure integration into our group.

What we require
- Ability to field doctrine ships.
- At least 10 mil sp or have very specialised combat skills.
- Some form of active killboard and/or proof you can pvp.
- Ts3, Mic, Speak English.

What you can expect
- Roams and lots of small gang fights.
- Occasional large gang fights (cap ships yaysies)
- Blops
- Gate camps (This is Amamake, you won’t be disappointed we assure you)
- A seemingly endless stream of enemy ships for you to blow up, right on your door step. Mother Amamake provides.
- Stocked corp hangers filled to the brim with ships for you to fly (you only pay insurance price).
- Lots of fun and enemy tears.

thanks so much for the reply... if i didnt have my mind set on trying WH life i would definitely hit you guys up. found you on the in game recruitment too, was a good fit.
will add you, but want to see how the wh goes for a bit.

tentatively: i am leaning towards a smaller corp and one that is not in a big alliance - i think i want a little bit of a challenge = more reasons to log in!

from the conversations i am having, including the drunk ones last night...., it seems like there are a lot more options in c2/c3 for logistics and pvp both - correct me if i am wrong? (i know this is a general statement)

have a couple more interviews before making a decision in the next day or so.

narrowing search:

c2/c3 with static options [possibly c4]
corps with under 100 members for sure, i think i prefer under 50 or so - tell me your thoughts
focus on pvp and roaming whenever possible
nbsi
us timezone - activity


couple things i am unsure of: [please post if you have an answer/general idea of these and your corps stance on these items]
- corp in an WH alliance: not sure how this dynamic works in a WH, couldnt the other alliance members be forever away at times? what is the benefit/downside of alliances in WHs?
- size of corporation in WH: if there are 50 people in a c3 for example, is it possible the wh becomes 'too crowded' or the sites are always gone, etc?
- corp buybacks and tax rate: what is a 'standard' tax rate in WH - same as k-space? should i subject myself to selling my 'stuff' at 90% to the corp/alliance? what is the normal procedure, if any?

Please consider us. 24/7, small and larger gangs (for a wormhole) are available. Good group of close guys who love to teach, love to kill, and love to be rich while doing it. Moving to a better money hole soon too.

i did look at you guys, your post said that us east tz recruiting is basically closed. plus the title said recruiting aus/euro. will take another look, though, thanks for the post :)

i know, but i have no interest in the null sec stuff you guys are doing at this time. been there done that... i know it is separate but still not interested in any of that even on the outskirts.
i have you added and will keep in touch, i know pizza isnt going anywhere.
