Rounding off standings

One of the most common questions in Help channel is "my standings are 1.0 but this agent won't talk to me".

Suggestion: whenever standings is displayed, show the actual number, cut off after 2 decimal places. The game doesn't round off, neither should the display, so players are not confused. 0.99999... is shown as 1.0, but for the game it's still less than 1.0.
