T3 warp speed subsystem replacement?

Doesn't have to be this subsystem, the one that increases warp speed and decreases cap use to initiate warp or something like that?

I want to see what other people's feelings are towards bringing MJDs to tech 3's through a propulsion subsystem. I love the dynamic that MJD bring to BS's and I feel it brings many new options and tactics to them. I want MJD's to stay a battleship exclusive however at the same time I like toying with the idea of bringing it to something else almost like how tier 3 BC's have large guns.

Thoughts and opinions?
