Please dont take my comments as negative - trying to be constructive and honestly looking at your character to purchase however for what you have your asking far to much. Your character cannot fly any of the dreads except the Moros - in time as with every account before you fly you need to put the skills in and train them to an acceptable level. There are many flaws and I could go on however ...
Your navigation skills are not where they should be for a player with your SP - I would expect Jump cal 5 & fuel 5 at the very minimum. I can go on however I think your character is not worth 50% of what you are asking .. you might drop your price to around 18 bill give or take a few. if you are interested at that level then I may talk .....

If you want jump cal and fuel then train them when you get this toon because what else is left to train? I don't see a lot haha
