Cap is always a ***** for battleships, especially active tanking ones that can't recieve transfers and that cant move and are therefor forced to tank more is no damage is mitigated by movement. Two heavy neuts and you are dead long before your minute is up if you don't have a cap booster.

Those aren't really good points of reference.

Devs have to treat even silly suggestions as if they were serious, even if just to point out that they're silly, and I treat trolls as if they were serious because they're useful proxies for the morons who genuinely hold the beliefs the trolls are parroting (and they always exist Straight).
