Cuz your CNR has one normal wing and one that got chipped off and is now very short, it also seems to interfere with the ships electronics rendering the damage boosters half working, hence your DPS is lower. Duh

For what it is worth, my RNI fit. I like to orbit out at 105 km until half the room is done so I turn off the hardeners for most of the time. I carry 15 cap charges + 5 in the module, the rest is missiles. I run out of missiles or have to change damage type long before I run out of cap charges (lasts 4-6 missions depending on the missions).

I don't like T2 launchers as T2 ammo really requires target painter(s), and I'm too lazy for that.

Feel free to substitute non-faction modules where you like.

The only faction thing should be 3 ballistics, if you use 4th just use a t2, difference is small enough.
Don't need navy shield booster unless you're short on CPU, if it's XL it can most likely tank anything that comes your way. The navy one has shorter cycle time, but you won't be running it non-stop anyway so don't need it.

if you want extra tank think about crystal implants or blue pills.

With a CNR you don't need to bother with tracking so think which are the high damage targets and take them out first. BTW the first time you land into the mission wait a moment and see if anything will attack you - this way you won't agro the whole room by mistake and you can shoot at the groups 1 by 1.
