Caldari L4 mission runner...Tengu or Golem?

Hello, I am currently running L4s in Raven and as I am getting close to having its potential maxed I was thinking about what would be the next step.
The general concensus seems to be that either Tengu or Golem.
Which one of these would be more suitable for me?

I like to kill all the ships in the mission, so that after it I can loot them and salvage them in my noctis. I never tried blitzing missions and I dont think I wanna blitz missions, since I enjoy salvaging and looting.

So my question is, which one of these two is more suitable for me?
Is the Golem really that much faster in killing everything in the mission than Tengu?

Golem and marauders are getting a new module 'Bastion' which increases tank, negates ewar and helps applied dps. It should help a lot with solo missions.That said, I don't find torps especially appealing for missions. stoicfaux should have accurate numbers on missiles and their effects with tps/rigors/flares. Read them up before you make a decision.

Notice how I never mention Tengu anywhere near the Golem.

I really enjoy missioning in my golem. Between applying TPs to targets, targeting new ships/wrecks, tractor beaming wrecks in and salvaging close wrecks, it's pretty busy and I don't get bored unless I run missions for a few hours in the same day. Or drone missions since they don't drop any good loot, always disheartening when that happens, but you still get salvage.

You learn to read them. They are clearly saying they are removing hull tanking bonuses and 30% resistance bonuses, NOT the bastion tanking bonus.

edit: I'm only referring to the claim that "Bastion tank bonus is out". Yes, resistances are, so tank gets worse with that change. Only trying to elaborate that 100% repair bonus is still there. Tanking bonuses are not out, just reduced with resistance changes.

Otherwise get Navy Raven.

Both are unnecessarily expensive for L4s. A t2 or meta fit raven will burn through L4s just fine. Save your ISK for something else.

@ OP; If you are flying in Caldari space, you should blitz and rush. I LOVE the noctis and salvaging, but some missions have too good of a LP vs salvage over time ratio to pass up. I say get a golem then tengu. THe golem will still be plenty nice after the next "expansion".

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that you can't run L4s in a velator, so some ships are a necessary expense.

Don't go for a Tengu - period.

It's a nice hull which can shine in missions with gates at distance, but that's about everything a tengu can do good. One does simply not use a tengu for Lv4 any more, unless its the only viable ship you can fly.

Golem.

Saves 3M/hour with current missile prices over a CNR. Looting and salvaging on the go amounts to very good ISK bonus, just don't waste time on the looting do it only when you have rats to kill or mission to blitz.

You don't ever have to get out of your noob ship to become a trillionare, and its free.

As far as Tengu not being a "good mission ship", its great for blitzing quite a few missions, and fun to fly.

fun is subjective, considering the tengu is over tanked with a 10mn ab and small shield booster, and the dps is low it is one of the most boring ships to fly imo. I'd much rather fly something with more deepz!

OP, just go with Navy Raven. Hits just as well as a golem. Main advantage of golem is partial salvage as you go. Since you like to shoot everything and do a full salvage I don't see much point training for golem.

I have plenty of doubts about that analysis. Even so it says golem ties for fastest and has lowest ammo cost, not to mention loot + salvage ability.
