Shield Management Skill not applying properly to some characters.

Some characters are seeing the EHP benefit of Shield Management skill, others are not.

I have 2 characters that I've run on separate computers, rebooted, relogged, cleared cache and still are not seeing the benefit of having the Shield Management V skill in the in-game fitting tool, where before 1.1 they did.

I have spoken to other players and some are seeing proper EHP based on their shield management skill, others are not. One pilot I've spoken with that sees the EHP he would expect, only has Shield Management IV, rather than V. So a possible differentiation there.

Confirmed now on 3rd computer and another completely different character with Shield Management V skill not seeing EHP on ships in-game.

Not sure if it's because of shield management, but I noticed less EHP shown on my command ship where it should have gone up because of better resists... In EFT the fit shows as almost 91k EHP, while in client only like 68k. The same fit pre 1.1 was shown above 80k
