- You must though have about 200m on hand so you can accept the tags and isk fee. If you do not have enough isk make sure you have something you can use as collatoral of equal value.

It cant. The idea is he sends you a list of items he wants from the LP store and you buy these for him. He then pays you for the amount of lp/isk/etc you spend on said item.
