Can no longer cyno to ECM'd cyno ships?

Are the rumors we've been hearing about this change true? Test server gives an error message now

Havent been able to veryify though it would be an interesting change in warfare mechanics.

That... would be pretty cool actually.

You'd have to be pretty quick, or the cyno bridge operator pretty slow, unless the cyno ship was trying to bait more people into the fight first.

Interesting.

Oh, Dirt Nap Squad probably won't like this one. Ahhh, they'll adapt their tactics quick enough.

Would prefer if the effect of ECMing a cyno boat was the same as destroying it while ships were in route. IE: the ships jumping to the cyno would land randomly in system. This a better balance I think than simply preventing the jump...

Edit:

FC, "Bridge is up, every body jump jump jump. Carriers Triage as soon as you hit grid."

Carrier Pilot, loading..... "Traiged, broadcast for reps... wait, where is everybody?"

Does not happen enough ATM...
