NEED HELP PATCHING (third time i have downloaded patch)

Hello i am trying to update client but i keep having to dl the 770mb file but when launcher tries to patch it just stays idle @ 0% try usjng the repair tool but it just do the same and there is no progress of work been done by any of the tools. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello i am in the process of a 4th dl attempt, please CCP Devs, help me here, sorry but atm there is no long that can help me discribe the problem at hand, but its the same as everytime i try to update. Is there a work around solution?

nothing seems to work, thank god the internet quota is without limits but i am tired of doing this, the repair doesn not do anything it just hangs idle and the launcher keeps on 3/4 applying patch eve_online 590158_598940_win.patch: 0.0% for 30 minutes. Will there be a help or will simply ccp rule it as user side error seen the obvious problems replicating thru other players. This is by far the worse customer support experience since i have played the game. Seems ccp just cares about the amount of isk been bought with real money.

Ok guys, maybe I'm just lucky but it worked for me (can't guarantee it works for everyone or it just a lucky trick):

- launch the launcher with admin rights
- no logging (no password entry, quite sure there's no impact but that was the way I've done it)
- end Big smile

It's quite clear they don't give a **** 3dward else they would have issued a statement on this more comprehensive than "try again".

same here, 3rd times a charm. havent had this much fun patching eve since i downloaded the 8gig graphic patch in 06 from a tent in iraq

Get the same problem on the first try.

On second try, i see the EVE_Online_590158-598940_win.patch file in main eve directory growing beyond the size patch wich mind that the program is in adding mode.

I've just deleted it and tryed again WITHOUT LOGGING.

And it's working !

Still no luck, after i launch the eve.exe it dl the 6mb then the 25mb then a 1mb file in which at this point the window just idles for a long time without response or continuation. Please CCP what do i need to do to get your staff to help a PAYING customer.

I had the same issue as 3dward and tried everything I found in about 5 other forum threads, but nothing worked. The support case I opened was never attended to. I ended up installing EVE from scratch and then it worked. However, I have now lost all my window settings, market favorites, etc...

Yesterday after almosr ten hours trying to figure it out i ended up downloading tge client again after the launcher downloaded the patch seven times to do nothing. Today i find myself in the same situation. Can anyone that reads this able to shed some help hell how kniws maybe ccp staff can hire you since they seem to care only abiut how many plex are been sold daily. Thanks in advance.

Ps. Is the a way to stop the sub and save the remaining amount of time i got left on account
