i just bought myself a Rokh. and all i want to do with it is a mix of missions and exploring,

although i'm not fussy about what i do in EVE, i'm hoping someone may be able to give me an all purpose fit.

basic adventuring stuff you know? Blink

I'm not sure if there is such a thing as an "all purpose fit." for any ship but here is a working level 4 mission fit.
