Please make this a x4 or x5 skill and raise the amount of time taken off per level to 2h. 19h vs. 24h at level 5 of the skill just isn't worthwhile, IMO. However, 14h would be useful.

the new jump clone skills are meant more to help folks in unusual timezones be able to use the jump clone system more efficiently, not make jump clones faster. Jump clones offer free, instantaneous, and most importantly 100% safe travel from anywhere in the galaxy, so a significant buff could be devastating to the game.
