Will the off button "feature" work in 1.1 or has this been pushed back until the winter release so you can hype it up as part of the expansion patch?

EVE doesn't have expansions in the traditional sense; we all know that, but if it expands on content, it is still an expansion isn't it.

..I will add, I have no idea what this off button is you speak of, unless you are rather sarcastically referring to the radial menus I read about 5 minutes ago.

This might be of interest, it was in the patch notes.

Sensor overlay icons are now always disabled during the initial sweep. No no labels are shown and the center is hollow until the sweep completes. When the sweep completes the icons now become interactable and the labels are shown if sensor overlay is active otherwise the icons are removed.
