Just asking: isn't "perfect"means that you got it all? Where are all shield+navigation stuff?

logistics perfection means logistics perfection. not "everything else".
absolutely all the logistics support skills for the ships are maxed.

ill offer 10 bil for it purely because you may have all those logi skills perfected and it can fly some awesome ships but...if it can't fly those ships perfectly aka tanked or anything it better COME with a carrier or an awesome ship. which i doubt it does.
