WTB new main char. 30-35b budget

Im looking for a new main character.

What im looking for is:

ArrowSub cap. Ok if there is cap skills, but dont wanna pay much extra for cap related skills.
ArrowMultiple race is a plus.
ArrowMissile and Gunnery support skill at max.
ArrowDrones are ok, but dont need to be specialised trained.
ArrowClose to perfect fitting skills.
ArrowScanning and support skill is a plus.
ArrowGood navigation skills.

I dont want mixed indy/PVE/PVP chars. If your skillsheet isnt speialised into combat dont bother link your toon.

Characthers that dont live up to these standards isnt worth linking and will in most cases not be responded to.

I know finding the perfect char is almost impossible and it would cost a ton, so these points is more of a guide.

Good char to a decent price, but to much capitals for me. if there had been better gunnery i might have been interessted. Case is i dont buy a char to skill it before i can use it for my purpose

Not quite the gunnery and missile skills i was looking for.

Many great chars here. Its just me who have too high standards.
