I want a nice leadership character that can boost off-grid now in t3s, but also has the support skills to boost on-grid in a command ship. This means good tanking/nav/fitting skills.

I don't care about information warfare, but I need the other three perfect or damn close to perfect.

If you can fly Recons, Logi, Hictors etc. that would be amazing and I would pay for that.


Budget isn't a concern but I'm not looking for some 100+ mil SP super character. This is a small gang, subcap boosting/support toon.

My toon has the skills but is unfortunately 100+ SP. No reason you can't do smallgang in it though, if anything smallgang is where having the points where you need them count for more.

Way waaaaay, more than I need or want guys. Both of those characters have tens of millions of SP invested in ships that I will likely never use.
