Budget isn't a concern. The character should have some caldari for sure but if you have other things as well that's cool. The important thing to note is that here I am looking for utility. If you have the ability to fly an orca, transport ship, and freighter, i'll pay for that.

Budget is of no concern, but I'm not looking for something with more than say 70 mil SP.

As the title drew you in, I'm a perfect fleet booster with all t2 links and FC V.
She can also use a Tengu, Legion and Loki as well as their Command Ship counterparts with CS V and all the necessary mindlinks in jump clones in lowsec.
