Hi,

I´be been doing lots of lvl 1 missions with several agents for the last month and I just can´t upgrade my security status to go to lvl 2 missions.

I have a stand of 4 and 5 with several agents but just a 0.2 overall status...

Am I doing something wrong?..... :(

Agent standing is mostly worthless, have been this way for years. Stop looking at the worthless stat.

You should be watching Corporation Standing. When you hit 1.0, you get l2 agents.

Also running around missioning for a bunch of agents from different corporations is waste of time. Pick a corporation, mission for agents from that corporation, this way no matter which agents you mission for, you still increase your standing with that corporation, once you hit 1.0, you get l2 agents of that corporation.

Security status doesn't have anything to do with getting missions from higher level agents. I am not sure if you mean what you think you mean.

Even with terrible social skills, you should be able to get into level 2 missions fairly quickly. Are you using the agent finder in-game to locate agents you can use?

Also, make sure you've looked over https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Faction_Standing_Repair_Plan to get a firm grasp on what it takes to actually raise faction standings, which is what you want so it will unlock all agents for that faction.

Addressing the several points:

a) My social skill is already at 5;

b) I think that all the agents with which I´ve been doing missions are from the same corp

c) I thought that the "Security status" nffluenced the ability to get higher level agents. It seems I was wrong...

So... I wonder what am I doing wrong... I can´t figure it out.... :(

I use the Agent FInder tool and I´be been doing missions only with agents of the faction "Amarr Empire" - agent type "security"....

Try picking just one corp, instead of empire, as has been said before.
Amarr is an empire, Emperor Family is a corp.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Run all the career agents for Amarr, that's the quickest way to raise your faction standings so you can access any agent for that empire. There are 3 sets of them you can find easily enough by selecting career as the agent type in the finder. Be sure to have the level slider on 1.

You can also run all the Caldari career agents as well since the two empires are allies and share standings. Just be aware that your Minmatar and Gallente standings will drop as a result. You can offset standings losses by running the Sisters of Eve epic arc and chose the faction at the end of arc you want the standings for.

The FSRP linked above goes into more detail and is worth the read.
