30 days a PLEX = +30 days of extended training
I want to keep playing EVE but RL deployments makes continuous training impossible. If I had the option to PLEX for additional training days beyond the normal skill training limit, I would.

Any thoughts CCP? Ill pay for plexies Big smile

I believe it's currently a code limitation that causes the skillqueue to break with too many skills in it that is the reason for the 24 hour queue being short as it is.

If CCP would introduce a 30 day or more queue like you ask, they would have to make new code for it.
There would then be uproar that what is in essence a bugfix is only available by paying extra. So CCP would be loathe to do that.

I thought they had put the 24 hour limitation in because they actually wanted you to have to log in more than once a month. Not that I wouldn't like a longer queue. But I thought I had read something like that a while back.

Yeah if it's hardcoded they wanted it that way...

pay for the game a month at a time, throw a 30 day skill on the queue when you're over seas and let the account expire while you're away.

sure, you're not training at all but you're also not paying to not train. sadly that's the best option you've got.

alternatively the solution is to obviously break the rules and have some one update your skill queue while you're away. teach the wife or kids to update your skill queue and leave them an evemon plan :P
if i were in your position, i'd probably take that risk but each to their own.

while the "it doesn't matter if you play 16hrs a day or 16 mins per day" thing is great, it does have it's limitations for people who aren't able to log in for extended periods.

Please don't tell me you're actually in the British Army and you are just joking.

Your command of the language is disgraceful, I would have thought even as a grunt you should be able to spell without getting basic words incorrect. I am working for royal mail and when I started everybody had to take a basic literacy and numeracy test.
You could of course be in the intelligence part and you're trying out cypher for the first time, but you need to keep practicing as you must be pressing the wrong pesky buttons. Roll

I found your post more offensive than the guy you quoted regarding his forum skillz.

After all your waffle you failed to capitalize Royal Mail and you failed to include a carriage return between your last two paragraphs, so your attempted slur lacked consistency. Those correcting others should at least ensure their posts are impeccable.

People like you need to get over yourselves.

And there was a time when you had to wake up or log in at odd times to start another skill when the skill you were training would end.

Having even a 24 queue skill queue is better than what it use to be like.

Also a thought, if you know you won't be around to load a new skill, find a skill that you want to train to V that you have at IV with a really long training time.

Technically you did not have to wake up... that something stupid we all did back than ... I don't know how many times i set a 4 am alarm just to change a skill.
