By "hard evidence," if you meant km/lm, he won't be on it since all he did was letting blacklisted gankers into fleet to gank others, not doing the ganking himself. Whether it's his fault that blacklisted gankers are in his fleet makes no difference to the gankee. Ppl subscribe to the blacklist to avoid getting ganked, fleeting with this guy gets them ganked, so he should stay banned. They don't care why it's not his fault. Life's not fair.

Just logged on, checked mails, saw the updated banlist and read global bullets and death rage on it. Honestly from the times a was in fleet with them i see no reason why they are banned.
When i flew with them they checked if people were banned or if there were people who acted suspicious (e.g. forgetting to rep others) they told those that they would get kicked from fleet if they would not stop.
If the case is he "urposely letting logi killers/known griefers into fleets with the intent to profit from pilot deaths." there has to be some kind of proof to this.
So maybe you are reffering to rule no 3 of his rules for fleets? - At the moment i can see no other reason than that.

We'd told you three time now. You're an idiot. Glad you are gone. You aren't getting any more pilots killed in tdf. Keep "unbanning people" eventually you'll have no ships left. Nice move.

To all of the members of The Ditanian Fleet, Risk for Isk, and my corp The Incursion Career University...

This matter has not yet been settled.. An attempt was made to find out what exactly was the cause for my corp and myself being added to the banlist.. Its still not adding up. I will admit i have made some mistakes, and can see with what information has been givin that there are some things I must state and appologize for..

#1. My lack of keeping up with the banlist in risk for isk.. After going through my chat logs, ive seen there was a deal of people who i should have noticed where RED and RED for good reason.. Hell i was even talking with them and diddnt realize it..

#2. Rather than awaiting for a convo with said operators of this Banlist, I jumped to conclusions, instantly tried to defend myself and my corp, and made accusation against others that where also hurtfull, making me exactly like them..

#3. I have been trying to do too many things completely by myself. (Bitten off more than i can chew) I must now accept the fact that i need help from others. I can not do all of these things alone, as i will overlook somethings, and some of those things are too important too overlook.

These 3 things are most important this is why i have expressed them..

Here is what is said to have happened..

A person in The risk for isk chat invites members from TDF into fleet. TDF pilots get killed.. How I or my corp mates get the reputation of doing these things on purpose and for profit im still very unsure about, as these things where never even brought to my attention to be corrected.. What has been said to me by Carmelos is if you pay 450M, place everyone on our banlist back on your banlist, and remove dek kiel from your corp i will send mails about your unbanning..

#1. we have a list in our channel of TRUSTED AND TRAINED FC's..
#2. in 2 weeks not a single risk for isk member has been a victom of these said logi kills. (Good FC training)
#3. Still no name of who the FC was nor a name of who invited these said TDF members.
#4. I went over all my chat logs for risk for isk, theres never been a mention of these kills/losses..
#5. Couldent they simply be telling their members to not be a part of Risk for Isk?
#6. Why would you slander (make false allegations) people and corps based on how they run their channel or who they have on a blocklist? What if i never heard of the Public Incursion Blacklist untill after i was on your list with these very same allegations?

I leave this for everyone make you own oppinions.. I feel like this is their way of getting controll. it seems like piracy to me... Or a great plot.. What i do in my channel is none of their business so why does it even matter who i have on my ban list or not.. How dare they say i do criminal things in high sec to gain profits.. maybee i messed up on the banlists, but i diddnt follow their rules is exactly what he said to me and now to get this degrading accusation off of my name i have to pay them and follow their rules in MY CHANNEL?

Has anyone else experianced this with these people, have you had a very questionable request after a very false ban?
I ask for anyone whom has had this experiance to please speak up before i hand over isk to these people for something I still
very truly in my heart believe to be not mine, my corps, my friends, or my channels fault...

Global as I said earlier in this forum you are more than welcome to contact me regarding your situation in TDF, which is not solely for the reasons you keep ranting about. and Nobody has an agenda to slander your character or tarnish your reputation.

Also they aren't "my guys". They where pulled from your channel... From reds within your channel..... Either way we attempted to work with you And I honestly had hoped we made some progress in our little private convo. Thank you truely for making a fool of yourself by posting logs.

All we asked is that you keep the known grifers banned and you pay a portion of isk for the ships of those players you helped "guide" in the hands of griefers.

Maybe you will be better off in your own channel. I stayed respectful and listened to your concerns however the only thing you showed with those logs is how two faced you can be.

I guess this thread can now come to an end.. it was just finaly admitted that I and my corp and my channel are innocent..
We did in fact have a mistake of banlists and had some baddys in our channel.. However, it was an honest mistake.
and it has been corrected.. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here I believe that the losses happened, they might not be made up.. However, this does not change the fact that i was never notified about any losses.. And to boot, i was instantly accused of it all being on purpose.. These mistakes ultimatly where the mistakes of those pilots who aparently SHOULD HAVE KNOWN that these poeple who invited them where red... I mean wow, if im banned from TDF chat and i am supposed to know they are red, than shouldent these pilots of TDF know they are red? My reasons for not following the entire public incursion banlist have just been shown.. because "SOME OF THEM" are wrongfull, decietfull, hurtfull and flat out slander.....

Thank you very much carmelos for showing the entire eve community what a bunch of politicle, reddiculas, over zealous, mokey circus running, overthinking, ego envoked, assholes you really are...

by the way, have you actualy read anyof this, it was not my fleet.. nowehere does it say it was my fleet..
