Is it possibe to solo Class 4 anoms? If so, what is the ship class needed?

If it can't be solo'd, what is the fewest amount of pilots needed? Dps, Logi, etc..

I hear they spawn at 100km+. Would a sniping battleship be reasonable?

If you solo a C4 then it's going to be a Tengu.....a very expensive Tengu. A BS's sig radius is to big. It will take full dps from the sleepers and won't be able to tank it.

Use a Phoenix for best results.

I saw a TMC article that mentioned anti-ahac phoenix. You should look into that.

Ships with a really heavy tank like the tengu and some of the tougher battleships can do it solo. I have even seen it done in a drake. However, none of these ships will do much dps to the sleepers there so doing the sites will take a lifetime or two. Not recommended.

Dear OP

These people are boring.

The best way to solo a C4 is with a faction battleship (Machariel, rattlesnake, CNR Navy) that doesn't use cap for the guns, and long range guns, (1400s, sentry drones, cruise missiles)

A deadspace XL shield booster

And a Heavy capacitor booster


Fit for maximum DPS, I can fit 21 charges in my machariel that gets ~750 DPS and I can finish a site with 5 charges left, warp to the pos, toss more charges in, and keep farming like nothing happened.

Best way to solo C4 is in 4 domies. Its hidden in its name C stands for curators 4 stands for 4 domies.

can do it in 2 tengus the sanctums are a bit of a nono with the 4bs spawn there neut is way to heavy.

they pritty cheap fits can always add better faction bcs for added dps.

with a heap fit u get around 500dps

Depends on "expensive"

You can solo in about a 1.1bil fit tengu. But it is slooooow.

Vargur or golem with a good fit and good skills can do all but the 4x safeguard wave - with ganglinks and some balls you can probably do the safeguard wave to. More commonly tho people dual box a basi + vargur/golem than do it solo or use tengus.

Doing them solo with a marauder is not for the inexperienced, requires you to be fairly hands on and works a lot better with ganglinks tho.

I second this. Becouse were still talking in the same 1bil+ price range. And makes soloing your C4 a freaking breeze :)

Is it a rock point a lazer at it and profit. Is it a ship point a lazer at it and profit. I dont see any problems here.
