Navy energy transfer volume?

Is the any particular reason why the navy version of energy transfers have volumes of 25-50, instead of the 5m3 that every other energy transfer module has? were the numbers the same a while ago and CCP forgot to reduce just the navy? did something get fat fingered? I run incursions, and would like to be able to bring a spare cap transfer with me, but the meta 4 doesnt seem nearly as good, but I'd have to work to make room in my cargo for the imp navy one.

Some things in EVE are just funny like that.

IE
Strip Miner I - 100M3
Ore Strip Miner - 5M3 (or something pretty small)

CCP Oversight would like to remind players that volume is irrelevant for navy modules because if you can afford the thing you can afford to haul it around.

Check the reprocessing yield volume. In many cases,CCP has adjusted module volume to reduce mineral compression, even if the price is impractical.
