Allow for the dragging and dropping of fleet members from the OV to the watch list.

Casual Incursion runner & Faction Warfare grunt, ex-Wormholer, ex-Nullbear.

I believe this already works from the fleet window to the watchlist, and probably from the fleet chat window as well.

I can confirm from Fleet Chat window to Watchlist is working as intended.
