Scout Drones V

Astorogeology V

PI Skils at IV

As for PvE part, I would welcome decent core skills and tanking skills depending on combat ships trained (armor or shield tank) and same applies to racial weapons (gunnery or missiles). I would prefer Amarr BC pilots, but I will consider everything that meet my requirements.

I am looking for MALE characters only, and no silly names please. And no high sp chars, as I have said, 4ish bill would be my limit.

I have most of what you are looking for, plus I can defend myself. Bidding is around 2bill atm plus I have a remap and 2 jump clones.
