That one arm has been pisssing me off for just about forever, as I too think a second arm would make it the best.


Currently I'm left madly in love with the Vindi, Nyx, and new Navy Apoc, in that order.

I don't know why the Moa gets so much hate. It's not pretty by any stretch of the imagination but there are WAY worse looking ships in the game (think of just about any Gallente ship). In fact, even among Caldari Cruisers the Moa isn't the worse...Osprey holds that title by a large margin. The Thorax had real potential to be a good looking design, if they had just left that bottom engine off of the rear undercarriage , and shortened the "nose" by about 1/2. I normally hate people associating ships/ objects with body parts, but CCP couldn't have made a more obvious phallic symbol if they tried. It's actually sort of offensive that the Thorax design was even approved in a game that children could be playing. You know it's time for a new ship skin designer when one of your ships is called "the space dildo" more often than by it's real name.

For my favorites I'd have to say the Ferox is #1. When CCP does finally make a Caldari ship symmetrical, like the Ferox, it really comes off well. My second favorite would probably be the Kestrel, even though it is asymmetrical.

I can see why people like the Megathron. At first I hated all Gallente ships but some have started to grow on me (not the big blob ones). The Gallente starter ship, the Velator is actually a cool ship as well, in a very "Star Wars" kind of way. I think they went over the top on a lot of the other Gallente, trying to be too organic.

One of my big gripes about CCP ship design is that so few of them have a recognizable bridge. Half of them I have no idea where the captain is supposed to command his/ her ship from. I don't care how high tech space travel has become, if I was a ship commander I'd still want windows, and forward facing ones at that.

Don't hate on gallentean Hot rod, it's fine battleship. The texture is just little plain on the top.

Maybe subconsciously I do too. That would explain why I spend so much time in my pod, aligning to celestial objects.
