Question regarding toons

I had a friend that usually sold pretty focused toons but it seems that he doesnt do it anymore so i was wondering do people have focused pilots around the 20-30mil mark focused in combat with core fittings?

When Bon Scott died and he appeared before St. Peter at the gates of Heaven, St. Peter looked at his record and told him he couldn't get in. If you want to spend 1+ year on creating specialised pilots to sell, why not. Just make sure you guess the correct FOTM or you are wasting time/ISK.
