Typhoon Fleet Issue Level 4 fit help

Hey, just purchased a FI Typhoon, since the changes with the ship and Odyssey.

I am not sure on a fitting for it though, I can use all t2 mods so I was hoping somebody out there is doing level 4 security mission in this ship! IF so what do you fit it with? :)

Tech II Cruise Launchers up top with furies, 2 slots for proj if they fit

Mids: Shield tank, forget about sustained you just need good burst tank you ll be doing crazy dps, try to squeeze at least 1 painter in

Lows 4xbcuII 2Xdda 1xdcu/pdu/fitting mod

Rigd, explo radius and veloci rig.

Additional issues:
-They are even better in a pair rr each other
-MJD is a good idea if you fit one or two drone range units in the utility highs and bouncers/curators.

EDIT: I should clarify I am NOT doing lvl4s with it... still the above holds true.

Would a large shield cut it? I Struggle for CPU with Xlarge t2

Well in this respect its not different to a Raven... only slightly better cause of sig and speed (which you wont be using anyway if you use senties).

Therefore I d say (unless you are MJD fit) and since I mentiones you need BURST tank go for an XL or a deadspace L at the very least... and if you invest in one of these read the thread on the upcoming changes to boosters to avoid one of those that will be missing out on the buff...

On second thought perhaps bog standard tech II L might cut it after the patch but I would be very carefull...

Confirming the fit above is ridiculously good. Because it's basically the same mine, except I have 3 rigors and just two invulns and it's still enough.

If you have cruise tech 2 train for raven navy issue.The applied damage it gives it's really big compared to typhoon fleet issue since it can easily fit 2 target painters and has explosion radius bonus which typhoon fleet doesn't.It kills everything but angel frigates and battleships in one hit.

Ummm I seriously do not want to get caught up in a TFI v CNR debate.

My post meant that defenceively its similar to the Raven or CNR and has to be read in context.

As to my opinion I think perhaps CNR is superior slightly for lvl4 missions. Your fit needs two changes btw. -1 dda + 1bcu and -1omni + 1 POWNAGE painter. Try it.

On my part I have sometimes been running three TFIs since the day of the patch (they were bought and fitted in advance) because they are ideal (far superior to the CNR) for a different pve environment.

This kills frigates in one drone volley, allowing you to save the missile volley. And kills BS's in less missile volleys due to the DPS.
