Saisieni Summit,

Ishukone-Raata is pleased to announce the formation of the Alkeruaku Foundation. The word Alkeruaku means "beginning" in Napanii, and symbolizes the effort to support new beginnings in the State. Under the appointed Chairwoman Nanao Avala, this organization was built to suit the needs of upstart and established Caldari capsuleer corporations. The Alkeruaku Foundation will be offering start-up capital in total anonymity to help them achieve their future goals, no strings attached. No need to pay it back.

Foreign corporations working in the State's interests will not qualify for the 'no-payment' clause, but may utilize 12 and 6 month loan services that the Alkeruaku Foundation offers at a 5% interest rate.

With the formation of the Alkeruaku Foundation, Ishukone-Raata will be holding a silent auction on the foundation's behalf. All funds raised will be donated to the foundation's efforts. For every donation received, Ishukone-Raata will match the amount 100%. Any corporation regardless of affiliation is welcome to donate towards the cause. Minimum donation is 1,000,000 ISK.

The Silent Auction will be held on Thursday the 22nd at 01:00 CONCORD Standard Time.

Inquiries and applications to donate or receive capital are to be directed to both Taisho John Revenent's and Chairwoman Nanao Avala's personal NEOCOM mail.

All other inquiries may be made here on the IGS.

A laudable initiative, honoured Taisho. Prior to any private discussion of donation on my behalf, and the discussion of sureties that will entail, I would like to ask what qualifiers you are looking for in these corporations, to deserve your generosity. It may seem forward of me, but I would specifically like to ask if Practical and Patriot bloc start-ups are every bit as eligible as Liberals.

Should this be the case, then you have my unreserved vocal support, and financial backing of that can be discussed privately.

You may want to use the words "fledgling" or "start-up" in place of "upstart," as the latter has negative connotations.

Otherwise, I wish you all the best in this endeavour.

Might be easier to drum up interest if you gave some hint as to what was being auctioned...

Also consider 'Start up' since I am sure that is what he meant.

The start-up capital for domestic Sate loyalist corporations will be provided on a non-political basis. Patriots and Practicals will be equally considered. Please note that each applicant will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and there are certain qualifiers. More specific answers can be found upon application.

Nothing of terrible significance to capsuleers. Trinkets, food, coupons. There is a reason they are called 'donations'.

Very good, Oniseki-haani and I thank you for your clear answer. I shall continue any further inquiries via the application/donation procedure that your Taisho has outlined.

Best of luck with this project, I look forwards to seeing it bear fruit.

So noted. I wish you the best of luck with this project, then. It's a noble idea - but as it is very distinctly a State-orientated idea, TYRIN will not be contributing.

I would suggest, then, that "silent auction" is really not the right term to be using here, as it implies that interested entities would be bidding on a product and/or service.

What you have here is a donation drive, and your terminology is very misleading to the average reader.

That said, as the boss has made what I assume to be an 'official' statement on the matter of whether we will be contributing or not, I will wish you the best of luck and hope that the endeavour is successful. I look forward to seeing the results.

An excellent initiative, Revenent-kirjuun. While I will be unable to attend the auction, I intend to make a contribution to the fund once I return to the office.

A update on this specific subject, Ishukone-Raata has donated several combat, and industrial vessels that will be auctioned off to attending capsuleers. Such include a Navy Issue Scorpion, two Navy Issue Caracals, and a Charon class freighter.

Taisho Revenent, Chairwoman Anala; you have my pledge.

Perhaps those who would seek to aid this foundation but who lack free capital may find it useful to donate in kind, with those assets then being auctioned?

I see scamming has evolved to a whole new level. Quite impressive, really.

Won't be able to attend to the newly scheduled time, but good luck with the whole thing, I suppose.

We apologies for the changes in schedule, but auctions will be held when the foundation receives more donations.

To all who have shown a interest in donating to the Alkeruaku Foundation, or wishing to utilize it. You will be contacted once the Alkeruaku team has gone through all submissions.
