I am looking for a new toon to supplement my corp in pvp.

Requirements:
Perfect Armor and Skirmish Boosts
Has Command Ships Injected (minimum)
Basic Combat skills
Has Battlecruiser V for Amarr and Minmitar/Galente (minimum)

Any extra skills will be considered when I make my offer.

very useful guy - for T3 invention, capital ships construction and fleet boosting

- A/C/M cruisers to 5
- perfect T3 armor/siege booster
- 2 MIL REALLOCABLE SPs ( you can instantly train skirmish booster and the minmatar defensive subsystems too, or you can go for command ships instead )

I'm not looking for anything industry/trade/general pve related. Also, 18bil is well outside my price range.
