Which complexes drop the Mining Foreman Mindlink?

Hi,

Seeing how mindlinks will now be available for Concord LP in Odyssey 1.1, I was hoping someone would let the cat out of the bag and tell which complexes drop Mining Foreman Mindlink implants. I have come to the guess that they are gas sites, maybe the CHAIN sites though I ran a few and came up empty. Anyone willing to spill the beans?

Most of the mindlinks came from low sec cosmos mission in Kenobanala.

There is a cosmos mission there that always drops 1-2 mindlinks

An Eastern European corp (Drakula Squad) figured out some bugs & exploits that let them run an unlimited number of missions.

They were turning out about 40 Billion ISK worth of mindlinks/faction gear every day.

Umm. But that's acknowledged in the OP. But yes, mindlinks are going to come from LP stores starting in Odyssey 1.1.
