I trained her first for PI but didnt like it so i just trained up the initail skills. I probably could train towards a carrier pilot. Any advice on a good traing tree to maximize the amount of isk i could get for her would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all advice.

Lol i like the quote. True the only true tree i had was for PI. I have started to train towards a Carrier pilot but your right i do like having all lvl 5 skills.

That appraisal site (which I won't quote) you used is sooooo out dated and has ZERO value for pricing a toon.
It is only used to bag on toons and by resellers to low ball sellers.

A general rule of thumb to price a toon is what it can do and how long it would take to train a brand new toon to get there.
Your starting point is cost to plex account for time trained plus transfer cost. Anything less than that would indicate the skills are so far off the mark of usability that it's better to start a new toon.

An 11m SP toon average price would be as calculated.

SP divided by 50k a day training or in this case 220 days or just over 7 months.

7 months x 540m a month to plex and you have a base value of 3.7B for SP value and add another 1b to transfer.
So cost is 4.7B

If you sell for less it's because the toon doesn't do anything useful.

Keep skilling so it does something that a gamer wants to do.

Still wanting to sale my toon. I have spoken with many people and it seem that the value of my toon is between 4-5b based on time and the sp the toon currently have.
