Why are we moving out? We have moved out to null sec and want to offer someone a great new home.

We averaged over 4 bill a month in income while we have lived in this wormhole!
5.5 bill isk (negotiable)gets you a completely clean wormhole. NO OFFLINE POS'S. Great spawn rate of combats, ore sites, and sigs. Great PI and Transferrable POCOs. Make all your POS fuel except the ice products inside your hole!
Rorqual, Chimera, and Thanatos included. (fitted if buyer wants to pay market cost of fits)

Currenly running manufacturing and reactions. MAKE MONEY HAND OVER FIST!

We will help you move in and we use third party (Taggart, Chribba, etc...) to hold the isk till transfer complete. (NOT NEGOTIABLE ON THAT).
