WTB C5 Cataclysmic Variable with static C4

As the title says, I am looking to purchase entrance into an unoccupied Class 5 wormhole (static Class 4) with a cataclysmic variable system effect.

Said system must be unoccupied (dead sticks are okay). Payment of 1 billion ISK will be given after I verify that the system meets the criteria and is indeed unoccupied. If you prefer a third party, you as the seller are responsible for making said arrangements through a mutually acceptable third party and organizing said transactions, to include assuming the fee incurred by such a service.
