Out of last 67 GSO (Caldari 4/10) I completed 23 were empty. So there is nothing interesting about 2 in a row being empty.
My longest fail strike (empty GSO's): 8 in a row.

i guess those days of 3x in a row, of multiple mods is out of the ordinary/too good to be too true Roll

//edit: also, of the two, the first one was completely killed... i warped through just to see how far the second room was, and it was completely killed also. but the rotating beacon was intact. rofl. however, only contained overseer effects.
