After someone gets scammed from this character sale I would investigate this person as well since there is a good chance this is an alt of the hacker/chinese isk farmer

Would like to bid on this but a bit worried....how does a 'scam' work if CCp gives you the isk back?

CCP will refund the isk however you are supporting a scammer that is basically using this isk to sell to people for real money. That's the cold hard facts of it. This is the way it works

Some stupid little chinese bastard hacks an account
Next sells it to one of you victims
Does not transfer the character but instead tends to do stuff like send the isk to someone that bought isk from their website
Then the person that bought the isk gets their isk reversed (i can only imagine this is what happens because CCP has to solve it somehow)
Then after a couple of days you get your isk back and the character gets placed back in the hands of the rightful owner
The person who bought isk is out whatever money they sent to this hacker

I don't condone any of it and it really ruins the game. Do what you want because you'll be safe either way most likely but I can 95% assure you this is a scam/hacked char
