Boosters in Incursions?

Lately I've been hearing a lot of rumors about isn and icu using the illegal standard drop boosters (something like 15% tracking) to win contests ive also heard alot of pilots say they use them and that they are really awesome Are they worth using and do i just buy them off the market and use them in station? most incursions seem to have them on sale in the stations

I dunno, 15% bonus tracking that ignores diminishing returns is pretty insane for large turret ships :X

Rumor is that the ISN DRF is not a Drone Replacement Fund at all.

Drug Runners Foundation was what i heard......

Confirming ISN isn't an incursion community, just an elaborate front to launder isk made through drug smuggling,

There are bookmarks in dead space pockets of heavily guarded and logistic'd haulers filled with your preferred drugs from your blue pills to your drops to your synthetic onsies if you're weak willed. There is also a drug distribution death star POS where the drug is stashed and sold in every incursion system.
