EFT and Pyfa vs EVE problem

can any 1 help plz?
I use Pyfa and EFT to set up a fit, and both of them are showing that cap should last for 4+ min (with my skills), but in eve it`s showing only 1 min? any ideas why?
p.s. i have updated my skills and have no implants that are affecting my cap.

i use Dominix
and the fit is:

Put the Micro Jump Drive temporarily offline and then check the numbers again.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

EVE assumes that all the modules are running all the time. This messes up the cap performance display.

I can give one example. I was setting up cap stable noctis fit. So I got a bunch of tractors and salvagers. EVE said it is not cap stable. While I was running, I saw that it was cap stable. EVE was treating tractors and salvagers as being always on. The reality is that they are on and off all the time.

Whitehound , i did what you told me and it worked! its showing exact the same thing as EFT.
